Kundalini Yoga is not only an ancient form of spiritual yoga Kundalini is an energy which is untapped at the base of our spine. It can be practiced by awakening the seven charkas of yoga.
An enlightenment is achieved when this energy climbs up to crown charka, from Muladhar to Sahasrar Chakra. Kundalini shakti or power is also known as a snake coiled energy at the base of our spine.
Kundalini yoga is a form of physical and meditative yoga that comprises of various techniques using the mind, body and our senses.
The Kundalini energy is often represented as a snake coiled at the base of the spine. The Kundalini is untapped spiritual energy at the base of the spine that can be drawn up through the body awakening each of the seven chakras of the body. Full enlightenment occurs when this energy reaches the Crown Chakra (topmost). Kundalini is one of the more spiritual types of yoga.
Vasi yogam is the advanced type of pranayama.It is a form of inner breathing. As for the process of doing it, it should be learnt directly from a teacher who has already learnt it from a master.
Vasi yoga is the most advanced type of pranayama. At the final stage your external breath would be suspended and the inner breath will be initiated by the Lord.
